ragi brownie (with jaggery )

Ingredients

  • ragi flour 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • jaggery powder 1/2 cup
  • oil 3/4 cup
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • dark chocolate 100 grms
  • vanilla essence 1 tsp

Instructions

  • preheat the stove on the medium flame for 10 mins
  • take a large bowl add the oil , jaggery powder , curd mix until the jaggery powder dissolves
  • sieve the ragi flour , wheat flour , baking power , salt in jaggery mixture , mix well
  • melt the dark chocolate using double boiling method , add the melted chocolate and vanilla in mixture , combine well
  • pour the prepared batter in baking mould and bake it for 30 mins
  • cool down it and decorate it with the whipping cream and dark chocolate
  • enjoy

Notes/Tips

you can replace the flour with any millet flour according to your diet and taste
