- preheat the stove on the medium flame for 10 mins
- take a large bowl add the oil , jaggery powder , curd mix until the jaggery powder dissolves
- sieve the ragi flour , wheat flour , baking power , salt in jaggery mixture , mix well
- melt the dark chocolate using double boiling method , add the melted chocolate and vanilla in mixture , combine well
- pour the prepared batter in baking mould and bake it for 30 mins
- cool down it and decorate it with the whipping cream and dark chocolate
