  • Ragi flour
  • Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Mix Ragi and wheat flour. Add Red Chilli Powder and salt. Now add 1 Tablespoon oil and mix it well. Now add little water and knead a dough. Allow the Dough to rest for a while. Now make small balls of dough and roll it flat. Roll it in thin crust. Cut it into strips like chips. Apply oil over it. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes. Place the chips in baking tray and bake at 140 degree for 15 minutes. Once it is done sprinkle chat masala over it and serve it.
