  • Ragi/pearl millet
  • Jaggery powder 1 spoon
  • Elachi powder

Instructions

  • Soak ragi for 8-6hrs strain and grind them with water repeat the process 2-3 times until you left with husk of ragi when u strain. Add jaggery powder and elachi powder enough water to balance taste. Serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Extract maximum milk out of ragi by repeating grinding of ragi with water.
