- Boil water in a pan, add a cup of millet pearls and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Now add a cup of green gram and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Heat oil in freshpan, add cumin seeds, ginger pieces, dry red chillies, hing, curry leaves, saute it for 2 - 3 minutes and transfer to cooking pan. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve by shaping them into your desired shapes and sizes.
