  • Ragi flour
  • Rice flour
  • Sooji
  • Green chillies
  • Onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients to form a thin batter. Set aside for 10 mins. Heat a pan, pour batter on pan and make a flat round disc. Drizzle oil around the sides. Let it cook on low heat till cooked. Flip over and cook. Serve with chutney.
