  • Water
  • Salt
  • Rice flour
  • Coconut
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Dried red chillies
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Boil water in a pan with pinch of salt and add rice flour and mix it, later cook it. Make a dough of it and take small dumpling and give round shape with hands. Place in idli steamer for 15 minutes. Take a mixie jar and add fresh coconut, green chillies, ginger and blend it. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, coconut mixture paste, salt and saute it. Add steamed balls and saute it and transfer into serving plate.
