- Mix first maida, rice flour, and ghee in a bowl. Now add water gradually and make it to a batter and keep it aside
- For making sugar syrup, take a pan. Add water and sugar. Bring it to boil. Stir well. Cook till sugar melts completely.
- Now slow flame. Add cinnamon and cardamom.
- Mix well and cook for a min. Add lemon juice and cook for 2 min. Switch off flame.
- Now take a glass and piping bag. Put this piping bag inside glass and pour the batter. And then make jalebi. Fry it in a medium flame.
- Now take sugar syrup.. divide into 6 parts. Add each food colour to it. Now dip the fried jalebi in it. Colourful rainbow jalebi is ready.
