  • Besan, jeera, Sauf, Ajwain, coriander seedsHalfi
  • Oil, ghee, water, Curd
  • Onions, greenchillies, ginger, garlic,kasuri methi

Instructions

  • First make Gatte. First take sabut spices like jeera, Sauf, coriander seeds and ajwain. Cool n grind . Now add in besan, along with salt, Haldi,chilli powder and ghee,oil along with curd.
  • Mix all well n make dough, take little water just 2 tbsp to make soft dough.Use stretch n pull method for knead dough .Roll like Gatta n boil it in kadhai for 15 to 20 min. Once boil will complete gatta will come up n with the help of knife we can cut.
  • For making Gravy take Tomato, green chilli, ginger ,garlic , Onion chopped. Take Seperate curd Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, kasuri methi and mix well. Now in kadhai take oil ,pour onion n roast till brown, now add tomato,salt añd masalas.
  • Now add curd mixture along with all spices...n pour water to make it consistancy..boil for 5 minutes and finally add Gatte..Now boil it for 5 to 10 min.the Gatte ki Sabji is ready to serve....

Notes/Tips

Atlast we need to add magic masala e magic to give it this sabji extraordinarily tasty... Gatte should be properly boiled..added notes in Steps.
