- 1. First of all, to make stuffing, roast mava till it turns light brown in color 2. After that add all the dry fruits & spices in it. Your stuffing is ready
- 3. To make the dough, first of all rub the flour with ghee & knead stiff dough with cold water 4. Let it rest for 10 mins. Till then make sugar syrup similar to like that we make in Gulab Jamun (1/2 thread consistency)
- 5. Take small ball from the dough & make small puris of it. Put the stuffing over it & make it like kachoris 6. Using hands make it flat slightly
- 7. Heat ghee for frying. Fry the kachoris very lightly 8. After it gets cool down, again heat ghee & fry it till it turns light brown in color
- 9. After kachoris cool down, make hole on it & pour about 1 tbsp sugar syrup in it, as in like pani puris
- 10. Mava Kachori is ready to serve
