Ingredients

  • 2 papad medium/large
  • 1 bowl yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • Pinch hing
  • leaves as required little dry mint
  • 2-3 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  • First cut all the papad (non rosted) into small pieces.
  • Then mix all the dried spices with yogurt. Whisk the curd well
  • Then heat two tablespoon of ghee in the pan and when it is heated, add cumin and hing. After that add curd masala and cook for 4-5 minutes till ghee separates. Add some water & give it a boil.
  • Then add Papad pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with dry mint leaves & switch off the gas.
