- First cut all the papad (non rosted) into small pieces.
- Then mix all the dried spices with yogurt. Whisk the curd well
- Then heat two tablespoon of ghee in the pan and when it is heated, add cumin and hing. After that add curd masala and cook for 4-5 minutes till ghee separates. Add some water & give it a boil.
- Then add Papad pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with dry mint leaves & switch off the gas.
