  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • 1 TSP ajwain
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200˚ C. Mix together flour, salt and baking powder and carom seeds in a parat. Add ghee and knead into a stiff dough using water as required. Grease your palms with some ghee. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. Grease a baking tray with ghee and place the baatison it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.Take sufficient ghee in a bowl. Soak baked baatis in it for 1 hour Serve immediately with dal.
