- Roast daliya in cooker for 1 minute on low flame
- Add ghee and continuously stir daliya on low flame till it becomes littlr brownish
- Boil the water in another pan and add jaggery stir it till jaggery dissolves in water, add this jaggery water mixture in roasted daliya.
- Close the cooker and cook it to 3 whistles on low flame.
- Serve with adding ghee and dry fruits.
