- First of all take all material together. Boil the potatoes. Then take big flat bowl,in that bowl add all flours .
- Then add smashed potatoes in flour. All other ingredients also add it.
- With out adding water mix all ingredients and make a dove.
- Rest the dove for 10 minutes.
- Then take half portion of dove and make a thin chapati with using rajgira flour on flat surface.
- With the help of cutter cut puris.keep oil in pan and then fry it on medium flame.
- These puris are very crispy so many of them are eating as it is but puris are served with coconut chatni in fast.
