  • Raji flour
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take 2 scoops of Raji flour for 250nl of water and mix well and turn on the stove and palce the prepared mixture and let it come to boil and add salt according to your taste. After it was boiled turn off the stove and let it cool down completely. Refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes and add 4tbsp of curd and whisk it well and drink.

Notes/Tips

This helps to reduce body weight and boy heat in summers.
