Ingredients

  • Boiled Rajma
  • Boiled Meggi
  • Masala e magic
  • Besan
  • Rava
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take big bowl put Rajma, maggi, rava, besan, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, kasuri methi, then mix it properly. If required add little water.
  • Make tight dough from the ingredients. Now take heart shaped mould put ingredient in it and make heart shaped kebabs. Like make all kebabs.
  • Then take non stick pan put oil heat it, then pit kebabs and swallow fry it from both sides. Your Shahi Kebabs is ready for enjoying. Enjoy it with any dip or sauce.
