Ingredients

  • 200 gm rajma soaked and boiled
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Onion ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • as per taste Salt
  • As Required Rajma masala
  • 1/2 TSP Soda

Instructions

  • Soak rajma overnight drain water and put in pressure cooker with 3 cup water salt and soda.pressure cook for 2 whistle in medium heat or till soft
  • Heat oil put jeera add onion paste cook for few minutes add tomato puree cook for few min now add rajma masala and cook for 5 min.
  • Rajma is ready to serve
  • Serve hot with steamed boiled rice
