Ingredients

  • Raw red chillies 250 grms
  • Lemon. 4 nos
  • Salt as per ur taste
  • Oil, 5 spoons,
  • Mustard 10 Gram
  • Hing 2 grm
  • Jeera 25 grms
  • Methi pwd 10 grms
  • Dry red chillies
  • Turmeric 1 small tea spoon
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • First wash raw red chillies ND dry it. Now cut 1/2 inch red chilli es ,salt nd grind it.
  • Now take a mixing bowl put red chilli paste, methi powder mustard seeds pwd,jeera, pwd, nd mix it. Add lemon juice also.
  • For tadaka . Take a pan add 4 spoons of oil, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, curryleaves nd dry red chillies. Now pour this tadaka on red chillies paste nd mix it.
  • Now the spicy Ranjaka is ready to serve .

Notes/Tips

U can add tamarind juice option for lemon juice. Red chillies are good for health.
