Now in a separate pan add milk & keep boiling well then add sugar saffron strands cardamom powder chopped nuts...When milk thickens..Rabdi is ready ...Now take the hard part of milk which is ready to knead ... Knead well & Pat it on hand boil in sugar syrup & transfer to rabdi...Chill it & enjoy.. Sandhya Prasad
