  • Rasgulla
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Kesar
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Squeeze extra sugar syrup from rasgulla & keep aside
  • Now boil milk for 5 mins then add kesar strands (soak kesar in 1 Tbsp milk for 5 mins), cardamom powder,sugar
  • Allow milk to cool down at room temperature. Then add squeezed Rasgulla in milk & place it in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.
  • Serve cold & garnish with chopped dry fruits &dried rose petals

Notes/Tips

Never add kesar directly in milk always soak kesar strands for 4-5 mins.
