- Squeeze extra sugar syrup from rasgulla & keep aside
- Now boil milk for 5 mins then add kesar strands (soak kesar in 1 Tbsp milk for 5 mins), cardamom powder,sugar
- Allow milk to cool down at room temperature. Then add squeezed Rasgulla in milk & place it in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs.
- Serve cold & garnish with chopped dry fruits &dried rose petals
