Rasmalai Chia Seed pudding

Ingredients

  • Almond Milk / Normal Milk
  • Mix chopped nuts
  • Stevia/ Honey
  • Chia Seeds
  • Saffron
  • dry rose petals

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in 2 cups of Almond milk or milk of ur choice
  • Next morning take a cup of milk and warm it
  • Add saffron strands, Chopped nuts , stevia and keep it aside until saffron releases its color
  • Add this mix to the soaked chia seeds and mix well
  • Top it up with chopped nuts and rose petals
  • Chill it in fridge for atleast 5 hours and Enjoy!

Notes/Tips

this pudding tastes best when chilled. You can use any milk of your choice Let saffron releases its colour before adding to the chia mix
