  • All purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Cardamom powder
  • Custard powder
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Rasmalai essence
  • Vinegar
  • Vanilla essence
  • Yoghurt

Instructions

  • In a bowl add all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda,cardamom powder,salt and mix it well.In another bowl add Powdered sugar, unsalted butter mix with well add yoghurt ,vanilla essence, powdered mixture,milk 250ml mix well and bake 350°F/180°C 35-40.
  • For pudding: take milk 1.5cups,cardamom powder,1cup sugar,2 tsp custard powder and stir until thick and then transfer it to a bowl and drink wrap the bowl in a way it sticks the pudding and refrigerate it.
  • Boil 1ltr of milk add 4tsp of vinegar turn off the flame and stir it slowly.strain and wash the chenna rub the chenna on a flat surface and form a dough. Make small round balls and cook it in sugar syrup (2cups of sugar 1cup water) for 15 mins.
  • For rasmalai take 1/2 ltrs milk cook it till half add rasmalai essence and 3 cups of sugar transfer it to a bowl and refrigerate it.
  • Start with the layering,take a glass add the cake crumble to the base add a thick layer of pudding cut the rasgullas into half and add them from side of the glass and pour the rasmalai to it. Garnish it with mint leaf,caramel,dryfruits and serve.
