- Take 1 vessel, add milk and vinegar and stiir it. Now take one bowl , add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stain it with stainer and mix it well .then take another bowl , add butter and powedered sugar and whipp it till gets smooth creamy mixture.
- Then add milk vinegar mixture and flour mixture in two batches , add vanilla assence, whiptill gets fluffy mixture ( dropping consistency) . Now pour it in greased tin ( with oil and flour). After that put it in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Super soft sponge cake is ready. Now cut the sponge cake into 3 layers . Put one layer on cake board , spread sugar syrup, whipped cream , rasmalai pieces and rasmalai sweetened milk on it. Repeat the same procedure for other layers .
- After completion of layers, cover the cake with whipped cream. Make decoration flowers , design of your choice . Finally garnish with pistachios. Our delicious mouthwatering rasmalai cake is ready.
