  • 1/2 banana
  • 30grm frozen raspberries
  • 20 grm oats
  • 20grm greak yogurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 scoops of raspberry flavour ice cream

Instructions

  • Blend everything in a blender the garnish with some raspberries and ice cream ready to serve
