- In a mixing bowl, add the rava, curd and water (as required) and mix it to form a semi-thick batter.
- To this batter add all the veggies along with some salt and mix it well (incase the batter becomes too dense you can add some more water at this stage).
- Now let the batter rest for around 15 minutes (optional).
- After 15 minutes, add 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Once hot enough, add the mustard seeds and curry leaves to the same and allow it to splutter followed which add this tempering to the batter and mix well.
- Next, add some oil to the paniyaram pan. Once the oil is hot enough, with the help of a round spoon, pour a portion of the batter on each cavity in the pan and allow it to cook (on low to medium heat) until golden-brown.
- Once cooked from one side, flip it and let it cook from the other side too.
- Having cooked it evenly from both the sides, Rava Paniyaram is ready to be served!
