- In a bowl add ½ cup Luke warm water, to it add yeast and sugar. Mix well and keep it aside undisturbed for 15 minutes. Now in a blender add sooji, maida, required salt and 1 ½ cups of water. Blend it well into batter. Now pour the batter in a bowl and add the frothy yeast mixture. Mix well and keep the batter aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes heat a tawa and pour 2 ladles of batter. Do not spread it with ladle just leave it like pancake.When the bubbles start to form cook with lid on in medium flame for ½ to 1 minute. When it looks cooked remove from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Serve it hot with any kurma.
