  • Sooji
  • Green chillies
  • Cashew
  • Curd
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add sooji and curd. Mix it well and let soak in curd for 1 hour.Now add rest of the ingredients .Mix everything well and make a dough. Now apply oil to your palms and start making small balls out of it. Heat oil in a kadai and start sliding the balls one by one and cook them in medium flame . When they turn golden brown transfer it to a plate with tissue paper and drain excess oil. Serve it hot with spicy chutney.
