- Take semolina in a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp oil and mix well!Add ginger chilli paste,salt , yogurt and water!Mix well and rest it for 5 mins!
- Then add eno in to better and mix well !! a pour this mix on steaming plate and place in to steamer!
- Cook it for 10-12 minutes and let it cool down Completely!Then cut in to diamond or any shape you like !
- In small pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it over medium heat !Then add mus seeds,sesame Seeds and curry leaves, when it starts to splutter pour over dhokla and enjoy !!!
