Ingredients

  • Semolina(Soji)
  • Yogurt
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Ginger chilli paste
  • Oil
  • Eno
  • Curry leaves
  • Seasame seed
  • Mustard seeds

Instructions

  • Take semolina in a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp oil and mix well!Add ginger chilli paste,salt , yogurt and water!Mix well and rest it for 5 mins!
  • Then add eno in to better and mix well !! a pour this mix on steaming plate and place in to steamer!
  • Cook it for 10-12 minutes and let it cool down Completely!Then cut in to diamond or any shape you like !
  • In small pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it over medium heat !Then add mus seeds,sesame Seeds and curry leaves, when it starts to splutter pour over dhokla and enjoy !!!

Notes/Tips

you can add spinach or any vggies in to better and make vegetable dhokla !Use fine soji if its available to get smooth Texture of dhokla !!
