Ingredients

  • 1 cup suji ,Half cup curd
  • 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
  • As per taste Salt, As Required oil
  • As Required water

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add 1 cup suji half cup curd salt mix until all lumps get dissolved. then add water for idli batter don't keep the mixture too thin or too thick.
  • Keep the mixture for 15 minutes after 15 minutes add Eno fruit salt just before making idlis.
  • Now grease the idli stand with refined oil place the better in the idli stand.
  • Steam idli for 15 minutes on medium flame then turn off the flame and kukul it properly now take them out from the mold.
  • Easy and quick suji idli is ready to serve with sambar aur nariyal chutney.
