- In a mixing bowl add 1 cup suji half cup curd salt mix until all lumps get dissolved. then add water for idli batter don't keep the mixture too thin or too thick.
- Keep the mixture for 15 minutes after 15 minutes add Eno fruit salt just before making idlis.
- Now grease the idli stand with refined oil place the better in the idli stand.
- Steam idli for 15 minutes on medium flame then turn off the flame and kukul it properly now take them out from the mold.
- Easy and quick suji idli is ready to serve with sambar aur nariyal chutney.
