- Take a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, fry raisins and cashew and keep aside. In the same pan with left over ghee, add 2 cloves, cardamom crushed along with grated nutmeg. Add roasted semolina to it , saute well and add water with jaggery and a pinch of salt. Let it cook well and the water drains, saute till a halwa consistency. Flame off and garnish with nuts and raisins. Enjoy.
