  • Sooji
  • Water
  • Cumin
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water. Let it boil. When the water is boiling add the sooji keep stirring while adding sooji. Then add cumin and cook on medium flame until the mixture become thick. Turn off the stove and let it come to room temperature. Then take plastic cover and take a ladle full of batter and pour it on plastic cover and rub it. Make a thin papad. Sundry it for 3-4 days. And store in a container. Heat oil and deep fry. Serve with rice.
