- Add 1 cup rava, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup water and soak for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes, add salt and baking soda and mix well.
- For stuffing: Pour oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin, chopped onion, fry well.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry well. Then add the boiled potatoes and stir well. Then roll it into a cylindrical shape.
- Spread ghee or oil in a tumbler, pour a tablespoon of dough into it, with the potato stuffing in the middle, and pour a tablespoon of dough.
- Then place it on a idli plate and cook for 10 minutes.
- When cool, pour it on a plate and serve with coconut chutney in the desired shape.
