  • Sooji
  • Sugar
  • Orange colour
  • Cardamom powder
  • Roasted almond,cashew
  • Ghee
  • Water

Instructions

  • Place a kadai on stove and add 3tbsp of ghee and take 1 cup of sooji and add almonds and cashews and saute well In another vok pour 1.1/2 cup of water and 5-6 spoons of sugar stir well and add cardamom powder. And orange colour. Stir well until the sugar dissolute.. When it comes to boil pour sauted sooji in water and mix well and turn off the stove. Take a flat plate and greese it with oil and place the prepared sooji mixture on it and keep the surface flat and cut the soojii mixture into equal parts. And the ravva kesari is ready to eat!!
