- Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts saute it again and remove it into a bowl. In the same pan roast the semolina and saute it on a slow flame until it comes to brown color and keep it aside until it cools down. Transfer into a blender and blend into a coarse powder. In the cashew nuts bowl add semolina powder, cardamom powder, sugar powder, salt and mix thoroughly. Add ghee and make ladoos.
