Raw Banana Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 Raw banana
  • as needed water
  • To taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • As needed Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

Instructions

  • Firstly peel the raw banana and cut them into the slices Then take a sauce pan and add 2 cups water and add the sliced banana,salt and boil them untill they turns soft
  • Once done turn off the flame and transfer the banana into a mixing bowl
  • Then add 2 tbsp of rice flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Chaat masala,salt and marinate it and keep it for 5 Min
  • In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds,curry leave and then add the marinated banana slices
  • Then roast them from both the sides untill they turn golden brown

Notes/Tips

Once done turn off the flame and your banana roast is ready
