- cut raw mango into small pieces after removing the skin.
- boil the mango pieces till soft. make a fine paste in a blender.
- heat 2 tsp oil in a thick bottomed kadai. make seasoning with mustard, jeera, curry leaves and hing.
- add green and red chillies ( cut into halves).
- mix in finely chopped onions and saute for 2 mins.
- put mango paste and adjust the consistency by adding water.
- finally salt and coriander leaves to be mixed.
