  • Cooked rice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Raw mango
  • Green chillies and red chillies
  • Curry leaves, coriander
  • Chana dal
  • Black gram
  • Groundnuts
  • Cashew

Instructions

  • Take a pan add 3tbsp of oil and add mustard,cumin, chana dal and black gram,curry leaves,green chillies and red chillies and groundnuts,cashew, coriander then saute well and add salt according to your taste and add 1/4 tsp of turmeric then add 2 cups of cooked rice in it and mix well and serve.
