- 1. Wash the raw mango and peel off skin.
- 2. Remove the seed of mangoes and cut into the medium slices.
- 3. Make a powder of green cardamom and make a paste of mint leaves.
- 4. Into the pressure cooker add mango slices and pour 3-4 cups water in it switch on the gas and cooked till softly for 5-6 min.
- 5. After 10-15 min grind all cooked mango slices from mixer.
- 6. Then add chilled water as per required & add sugar, green cardamom powder, mint leaves paste, salt and stir well.
- 7. Serve cool.
