- Wash and peel raw papaya.
- Grate it from manual grater.
- Heat ghee in a nonstick wok.
- Transfer grated papaya in it.
- Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Add milk and cook till milk evaporate.
- Add sugar and stir continuously to avoid burn.
- Cook on medium heat till mixture turn dry and ghee starts separate from it.
- Add Cardamom, chopped nuts and raisins.
- Cook for 5 minutes more.
- Grease a square pan from ghee.
- Transfer this mixture in it.
- Flatten with spoon, sprinkle chopped almond and pistachios.
- Cut in square and serve.
