Ingredients

  • 250 gms raw banana
  • 2 medium sized beetroots
  • 1small cup fresh coconut
  • 6/7 green chillies
  • 2 inches ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp vermicelli
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Boil raw banana and beetroots.allow it to cool down.grate bananas and beet root.
  • In mixer jar blend fresh coconut,green chillies, ginger.do not add water.add this to banana.mix well. Because of banana there is no need to add any binding material.
  • Prepare smooth dough,add lemon juice and chat masala.make heart shaped cutlets.in plate add crushed vermicelli,corn flour and black pepper powder.mix well.
  • Now roll these cutlets in corn flour mixture.heat pan add oil and put cutlets.cook till crispy from both sides.serve hot with tomato sauce
