Ingredients

  • Rawa
  • Fresh coconut
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Elachi powder
  • Dry fruits
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Roast rawa in ghee till raw smell goes and colour changes.add grated coconut (black skin removed) and fry till raw smell goes. Now add milk and cook until all milk is observed.add sugar and saute till the mixture leaves the pan.
  • Add elachi powder and dry fruits ,mix well. Roll them into balls and serve.
