- Soak red chowli in water for 1 hour.
- Heat pressure cooker, add oil, cumins seeds and a pinch of asafoetida.
- When seeds start popping, add tomato paste, then add all masala.
- Cook it till oil separated, then add soaked chowli and water.
- Take 4-5 whistles on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon. Enjoy with roti or rice
