Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Red Rice
  • 2 Cups Barnyard Millet
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1.25 cups Urad Dal
  • 1.5-2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Wash the red rice, barnyard millet, and urad dal multiple times and soak it for 5 - 8 hours.
  • Grind it into a batter and mix it well with salt and let it ferment overnight.
  • Prepare a crispy dosa and serve it hot with your favorite Side dish.
