Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 nos of eggs
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  • Few drops of red food color
  • 3/4 tsp white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup maida
  • 2 tsp white choco chips

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl put melted butter, sugar and eggs beat in beater. Now add all ingredients mix. Now oven pre heated in 200 degree in 20 minutes.
  • Take greased tray put batter garnish white choco chips and bake in 180 degree. Then check with tooth pick remove tray for the oven.
  • Do not over bake the brownie as then the top will get dried out and become crusty.

Notes/Tips

For a soft brownie the time of baking should be accurate
