- Pre-heat the oven to 180*C and line cupcake pan
- Ina large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda together. Sift Dry Ingredients together
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar and oil. Beat till pale yellow
- Add yogurt, vanilla, red color and lemon juice and mix until everything is smooth. no lumps should be visible
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in three batches
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes
