- In a blender, blend the red chilli and make a powder then add garlic, curry leaves, salt, tamarind juice and once again blend it to make a paste. Now for tempering heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and chana dal and saute it for 1 mins then switch off the flame. Now add this tempering to chutney and mix it, then transfer it into a bowl. Tasty red chilli chutney is ready to serve it with hot rice and add ghee on it.
