- Combine sugar and water. Boil till sugar melts Nd the mixture thickens a bit.
- Add rest of the ingredients and boil till the mixture thickens further l. The mixture feel almost like chasney for jalebi or gulabjamun.
- Serve with bataka vada, vadapau, kachori, samosa, chat etc. However it doesn't go well with khasta kachori.
