Red sauce pasta Its a red sauce pasta in a very healthy way.you can have it in your main meal while you are on diet... believe me not even a gram will add on...very tasty yet very low calorie too.. I mean using here whole wheat pasta ...you can use whatever you like.

Ingredients

  • as required Whole wheat panne pasta
  • as required Green capsicum red n yellow bell pepp
  • as required Onions
  • as required Tomatoes garlic ginger paste
  • as per taste Oil
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • as required Water for boiling pasta

Instructions

  • Take a deep pan,add water,let it be boiled,add a pinch of salt,sm oil in it...add pasta in it.boil 80%.
  • Strain pasta,but don't throw away it's water...keep it aside.
  • Take a blender, add 4-5 tomatoes,add garlic ginger paste,1 Onion n sm dried n soaked red chilles. Blend them in to a paste.
  • Take a deep wok or pan. Add oil, add garlic ginger paste, saute well, add sliced onions,saute till pink.
  • Add tomato paste,cook for 6-7 min, add seasonings like salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano
  • Now add pasta,mix well...add sm pasta water,check consistency...
  • If you like cheese,you can add that too at dis point
  • Serve hot

Toasted garlic bread is the best combo to have with this
