Ingredients

  • Butter 50g
  • Maida 1cup
  • Sugar 100g
  • Baking powder 1/2tsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla essence
  • Cocoa pd 1 tbsp
  • Red gel colour
  • Whipped cream 200-250gms

Instructions

  • 1. First, mix all the wet ingredients till light and creamy.
  • 2. Add the dry ingredients. Add milk if required.
  • 3.Pour the three batter in the piping bag.
  • 6. Place a butter paper in a greased flat 12 inch baking tray.
  • 7. Pipe the batte in the baking tray.
  • 8. Bake at 170 degree in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • 9. Remove the cake from the tray with the butter paper and place a napkin on it and roll it.
  • 10. Let the cake for some time to cool down. Whip the cream till stiff peaks.cool.
  • 11. After the cake cools unroll it. Remove the butter paper and turn it spread the whipped cream evenly. 12. Now roll it carefully to make a cake roll.
  • 13. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • 14. Decorate the cake roll with whipped cream and fondant flowers.
