Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla essence
  • 200gm maida
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2+1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil 50gm
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3tsp red food colour
  • For cream cheese
  • 200gm cheese cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • For Garnish chocolate

Instructions

  • First take a bowl and add butter and powdered sugar and beat smooth and fluffy.
  • Further add baking powder, baking soda ,milk and vanilla essence.
  • Combine well and another bowl sieve maida and salt and beat the batter and combine well.
  • Pre heat otg for ten minutes and bake the cake 35 to 30 minutes at 180 degree.cool down the cake and finally layer and decorate with cream cheese frosting .

Notes/Tips

Frosting the cake after cool completely. you can replace with vanilla frosting used for black forest cake.
