  • all purpose flour
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • Hungcurd
  • Vinger
  • Warm milk
  • Cocoa powder
  • Rose emulsion
  • Red liquid colour
  • Samolina
  • Unflavored oil
  • Milk powder
  • Whipped cream
  • Cake gel
  • Pink liquid Colour
  • Powdered shugar
  • Anjeer syrup

Instructions

  • First take a bowl add warm milk and vinger and mix it and keep it side
  • Second beat the oil powdered Sugar and milk powder then add curdle milk (vinger milk)and beat again now add red liquid Colour rose emulsion and mix it and keep it side
  • Now sieve the ingredients all purpose flour samolina baking powder baking soda and cocoa powder
  • Now take a cake tin put the purchmant paper in it now transfer the cake batter in cake tin and bake for 40-45 minutes on 160 c in preheated oven u can bake in a preheated Pan for 50 minutes
  • Now remove the cake in to oven
  • Now completely cool down tha cake and divide the two portion take a one portion and soak with water then apply whipped cream after that put anjeer syrup
  • Now put the second layer of cake and again soak with water now spread the whipped cream
  • Now take the cake gel add 3-4 tsp water and pink colour and mix it now put the cake gel on the top the cake and spread it now decorate the sides with whipped cream and creat a design with whipped cream now cake is ready to serve

Notes/Tips

Soak the cake with water beforeApply the whipped cream and don't overmix the cake batter
